Apple Pay

Offer Apple Pay through Baraka Pay: the device returns an encrypted payment token that an eligible processor decrypts and settles on the card rail. You integrate once, against Baraka Pay, rather than onboarding the wallet yourself.

How it works

  1. Register your domain and enable Apple Pay for your Baraka Pay account.
  2. Create a PaymentIntent and request the apple_pay method.
  3. Present the Apple Pay sheet (hosted fields) or select it on hosted checkout; the device returns an encrypted token.
  4. Baraka Pay routes the token to the processor for decryption and authorization; a webhook confirms settlement.

Integration notes

Wallet tokens are never logged. Apple Pay rides the card rail — the same PaymentIntent, next-action and webhook model applies.
